President's Message
We had a great presentation last Thursday by Patrick Malone, an author and motivational speaker. I really appreciate the wisdom that he shared with us, especially when he talked about having set backs. He said that a set back is not a bad thing, it allows you to figure out what the next steps are.
Please join us for our next breakfast meeting on Thursday, June 16th. This meeting will be an assembly meeting to discuss the future direction of our club.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
ROTARY MINUTE
Rotary Minute May 12, 2022
Since the Rotary Year actually ends on the last day of June, we have just six weeks to get every-thing done we need to do in this Rotary Year.
It’s been quite a year to this point, but there is still work to do. Here is a Johnson County Rotary Do-It List just to help remind us:
Have you paid your 2nd-half year Rotary Club dues?
Did I get my Every Rotarian Every Year donation in to RI?
I’ve been meaning to send a little extra to RI and World Health Org. Polio Plus
Did I send Becky my program idea that I thought of last month?
I’ve been meaning to invite someone to breakfast. I need to call him/her!
I need to follow up on that article I read in the Rotarian.
Is it time for me to volunteer to be a JoCo Rotary Officer?
I’d like to know more about the Learning Club, E-Ship Rising, the Rotary Camp, Faith Hope or ESRAG- Environmental Sustainability Rotarian Action Group.
Maybe I should get involved in a Rotary 5710 District Committee.
There is always much to do in Rotary at the club level or on up the ranks to RI Board and Trustees. We have a lot of talent in our club. Don’t be afraid to share yours!
